Ms. Metello holds a PhD in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janiero. She is an assessor and coordinator of the Interministerial Committee for Social and Economic Inclusion of Waste Pickers (CIISC) in the General-Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic.

Ms. Cordova
 received a Master in Governance and Electoral Processes from the Instituto Universitario de Investigación Ortega y Gasset in Spain. She currently Works for the Center of Electoral Processes Operations (COPE), monitoring the activities planned towards Peru's Regional and Municipal Elections.
